BANGKOK (NNT) – The Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) is delivering happiness on New Year’s eve, by offering a 10 to 15 percent discount to people who buy products from various online platforms.
The Prime Minister’s Office Minister, Anucha Nakasai, as chairman of the Consumer Protection Board, said today the discount will be offered to consumers who buy products from Shopee and Lazada. Automotive repair and maintenance services will also be offered during the holiday season.
Shopee users will receive a 15 percent discount when making a purchase of at least 300 baht, without using a discount code, between January 1st and 31st, 2021.
Lazada users will receive a 10 percent discount when making a purchase of at least 500 baht. If the total purchase is over 299 baht, they will receive a 30-baht discount coupon. If the total purchase is 799 baht or more, they will receive an 80-baht discount coupon. The offer is valid from January 1st to 5th next year.
In addition, some 100 automotive service providers in Bangkok and the provinces will offer repair and maintenance services, such as checking the car’s battery and radiator, until January 15th next year.
