Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin is pushing for the upgrade of Hua Hin airport to cater to more international flights and renaming it as “Petch Hua Hin”.
During his recent visit to the airport with Transport Minister Suriya Juangroongruangkit, the prime minister proposed adding two new flight routes and expanding facilities to attract more tourists to the resort town, emphasizing the need to extend the current runway and enhance existing amenities.
