Day 02: China Dominates Thailand in Opening Match of Junior Women’s Asia Cup

On Day 02 of the Junior Women’s Asia Cup, China, Korea, Japan, and India all achieved commanding victories, with China defeating Thailand 8-0, Korea beating Sri Lanka 10-0, Japan overwhelming Hong Kong 13-0, and India dominating Bangladesh 13-1.

The second day of the Junior Women’s Asia Cup in Muscat, Oman, featured outstanding performances from several teams. China showcased exceptional skill, defeating Thailand 8-0 in their opening match. From the outset, China dominated possession and capitalized on Thai defensive lapses, concluding the first half with a 3-0 lead.

In the second match, Korea overpowered Sri Lanka with a resounding 10-0 victory. Korea’s tactical precision and relentless attacks allowed them to build a 5-0 halftime advantage. Despite Sri Lanka’s resilient efforts, Korea continued to assert their dominance throughout the game.

Japan also had a standout performance, overwhelming Hong Kong China with a staggering 13-0 win. Japan’s relentless pressure led to seven goals by halftime. They maintained their momentum, scoring six more in the second half, showcasing their exceptional teamwork and tactical prowess.
