Sompo Insurance Thailand has partnered with Collinson International to enhance travel experiences through the Sompo Smart Delay platform. This initiative allows eligible Sompo TravelJoy policyholders to access more than 1,600 airport lounges globally during flight delays.
Research by Priority Pass reveals that 60% of travelers struggle with preflight stress, impacting their overall journey. Sompo’s integration with Collinson’s SmartDelay system aims to alleviate this stress by offering timely benefits to travelers.
Under the Sompo TravelJoy Plan C, policyholders can now enjoy complimentary lounge access for flight delays of one hour or more, promising a more comfortable travel experience.
