The Stock Exchange of Thailand, in partnership with Money & Banking Magazine, is set to host the prestigious SET Awards 2024. This year’s finalists include 19 CEOs for the CEO Awards, 88 companies for the Business Excellence Awards, and 39 companies for the Sustainability Excellence Awards. These nominees have displayed exceptional business performance and dedication to sustainability in the face of evolving market conditions. The awards ceremony, slated for October 30, will honor these companies as leading organizations in Thailand’s capital market.
Recognizing Business and Sustainability Excellence
SET President Asadej Kongsiri stated that the SET Awards 2024 ceremony aims to celebrate listed companies, securities firms, asset management companies, financial advisors, REITs, and top executives who have excelled in their respective fields. Divided into Business Excellence and Sustainability Excellence categories, the awards highlight companies that excel in both business potential and sustainability, demonstrating innovation, strong performance, and responsible stakeholder engagement. Money & Banking magazine Editor-in-Chief Santi Viriyarangsarit, a co-founder of the SET Awards, believes that the increasing number of applicants signifies the importance of these accolades in the capital market, inspiring companies to strive for excellence and sustainability in their operations.
