The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has announced that it will list Tanachira Retail Corporation pcl on October 18th. The lifestyle and fashion product retailer will trade under the ticker symbol “TAN” with a market capitalization of THB 4.95 billion (approx. USD 135.80 million) at its initial public offering (IPO).

Tanachira Retail Corporation is a lifestyle and fashion retailer that owns five brands, including Pandora, Marimekko, and Cath Kidston. The company also offers body care, skincare, spa, and aromatherapy products under the brands of HARNN and Vuudh. With 131 branches in Thailand and overseas, TAN has been authorized to distribute products in Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam. After the IPO, TAN plans to expand its business ecosystems, develop brands in its portfolio, enter related businesses, and introduce new brands for sustainable long-term growth.
