The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will list Window Asia pcl, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality aluminum and UPVC windows and doors, on October 25. The company has a market capitalization of THB 1.87 billion at its initial public offering (IPO) and will trade under the ticker symbol “WINDOW”. SET’s Senior Executive Vice President, Manpong Senanarong, confirmed that WINDOW will be listed in the Property & Construction industry group, Construction Materials sector.
WINDOW’s Plan for Growth and Use of Funds
WINDOW is known for producing and distributing aluminum and UPVC door and window products under various trademarks. The company’s nationwide distribution channels include modern and traditional trade retailers, Window Asia shops, and online platforms. With the IPO funds raised, WINDOW plans to expand its business by building new factories, increasing production capacity, improving production efficiency, and repaying loans from financial institutions. WINDOW’s Chief Executive Officer, Tanin Rattanasiriwilai, believes that the listing on SET will strengthen the company’s potential and competitiveness for sustained growth.
