King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) organized the “KMITL Innovation Expo 2023” to showcase Thai innovations and support sustainability. The expo featured 1,111 innovations and research achievements, as well as workshops and a knowledge exchange forum. One of the highlights was a 3.3-meter eVTOL unmanned aerial vehicle, the first of its kind in Thailand, used for surveying forests and national parks. KMITL also collaborated with various organizations for projects in space technology, organic agriculture, food innovation, new era learning, and digital university collaboration. The opening ceremony was attended by dignitaries, including Privy Council President Gen Surayud Chulanont and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation Adjunct Professor Anek Laothamatas.
