กระทรวงพาณิชย์ order to suspend monthly rent collection for more than 2,000 restaurants and shops for 3 months to stimulate the economy.
Minister of Commerce, Poomisak Vijit, stated that the measures aim to assist citizens and small businesses.
Furthermore, the ministry will assist other ministries and Bangkok in managing markets, benefitting over 2,083 businesses.
The ministry also assigned provincial offices to organize markets to provide reasonably priced goods to the public.
These measures will start on August 20, in convenient locations for traders and buyers.
Additionally, the ministry ordered the use of military trucks for distributing essential goods in remote areas.
This prepares for spending under the “Digital Wallet” project, starting in the fourth quarter of this year.

กระทรวงพาณิชย์มอบหมายให้สำนักงานจังหวัดจัดตลาดนัดเพื่อจำหน่ายสินค้าราคาสมเหตุสมผลให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่
เขาเสริมว่าโครงการนี้จะเริ่มในวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม โดยสถานที่จัดตลาดอาจอยู่ที่ไหนก็ได้ที่สะดวกสำหร้อผู้ขายและผู้ซื้อ
ส่วนกระทรวงกลาโหม นายภูมิธรรม กล่าวว่า ได้กำชับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ใช้รถบรรทุกทหารในการจำหน่ายสิ่งของจำเป็นและสินค้าอื่นๆ ในพื้นที่ห่างไกลแล้ว
