The highly-anticipated ‘Amazing Thailand Culinary City’ event organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) kicked off on May 31 at Bangkok’s Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) with thousands of visitors in attendance. The event, which ends today, has been a huge hit amongst the public with plenty of fantastic cuisine and interesting culinary related activities to enjoy. There have also been valuable business opportunities for those involved in the food tourism sector, along with a panel discussion featuring renowned food blogger Mark Wiens, who has over 10 million YouTube followers, and Chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn, whose Bangkok restaurant Le Du was named No.1 in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 list.
For those who missed the Bangkok event, fear not, the Amazing Thailand Culinary City shows will also be taking place in other regions. Khon Kaen will host the event from 9-11 June, Phuket from 16-18 June, and Chanthaburi from 23-25 June, each showcasing culinary experiences unique to their respective regions.
